Stephen Halden – COURSE DIRECTOR
Stephen, who is responsible
for delivering the course, has worked as a senior teacher,
lead teacher-trainer and Director of Studies and training
in Spain, Britain and Mexico.
During this time, he has held senior academic positions in the British Council,
and has worked as an Academic Consultant developing teaching training programmes
for other prestigious training organisations. Stephen has developed and coordinated
onsite and online training courses and has trained teachers for over ten years.
He holds a Licentiate Diploma, Post-Graduate Diploma, and an MA in TEFL |

Martin Bayliss – BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Formally financial director
of an international motor racing team and a self employed
business consultant in London, Martin is responsible
for collating the financial side of INTESOL Spain as
well as training corporate directors in professional
development. Martin’s experience in business
training will be taught in the course for those interested
in business English. |

Dasi Ruz – OFFICE MANAGER
Dasi, who is responsible for administrative tasks, is bilingual and has been
running offices all over the world for nearly six years. She has a degree from
Edith Cowan University in Australia and has been living in Spain for two years.

Caitlin Uzzell – STUDENT SERVICES MANAGER
Caitlin is responsible
for marketing the course, answering all questions
from future trainees, and making current trainees
comfortable in this new environment. She has
worked in businesses in the United States, is
TEFL certified and has taught TEFL in Spain.
Caitlin has both a background in human resources
as well as personal experience with this venture
abroad. She holds a Bachelors Degree from the
University of Texas, Austin. |
